"La Nau" project in port of Denia

The prestiguous "La Nau" project in Denia seems to be going ahead:
According to last weeks Marina Alta and Valencia newspapers, construction is planned to start in the first trimester of 2011. 

This futuristic style boat-shaped building, will finally be 5 levels high (instead of 6 as first foreseen), with an auditorium for 700 to 800 people, and open air amphitheater with 1100 people capacity and a floating stage on the water ! Place: port of Denia, near Club Nautico, at walking distance from Tropicana Park. The exact looks of the building will be defined in the coming 12 weeks by the winning construction companies Forteza-Pastor-Grupotec, but some pictures are circling around already.
